A five-member faculty team from the School of Life Science and Biotechnology visited Dr. KPC Life Sciences Private Limited during the summer break on July 06, 2019. The faculty members were Dr. Joydeep Paul, Dr. Arijit Bhattacharya, Dr. Swarupa Ghosh, Dr. Abinit Saha and Dr. Arindam Mitra. Dr. KPC Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is a Kolkata based Biotechnology company established in the Indian Scientific niche with its own developed products and Molecular Biology and Chemistry services. Dr. KPC Life Sciences is one of the organizations under the California based The KPC group. The faculty team had a productive discussion with the Senior Research Scientist, Dr. Dibyajnan Chakraborty of the group about the possibility of future collaboration between the organization and Adamas University. Later, the team also interacted with Dr. Kali Pradip Chaudhury, the Chairman and Founder of the KPC Group of Companies, who shared his vision of developing hospitals in United States of America. The faculty team invited the research group at Dr. KPC Life Sciences to visit Adamas University in order to facilitate further interaction and discussion with faculty members and students.
