Dr. Arijit Mukherjee is currently working as Testing & Operation Manager at Bayer Bioscience Pvt. Ltd. His skills are in varietal/line development, hybrid breeding & resistance breeding in cereals & oil seeds, traditional plant breeding techniques and molecular breeding for crop improvement, commercial plant breeding with three-line system and DHs, multi-locational testing of rice and mustard hybrids, etc. He has more than 5 years of research experience in BCKV, IIT Kharagpur, etc. He has received several prestigious awards including ‘LIFE’- award for efficiency category at South Asia level from Bayer.
